New York, NY – May 19, 2025
Global AI, a leader in sovereign AI data centers, have announced a strategic partnership with a Saudi Arabian artificial intelligence venture HUMAIN backed by the Public Investment Fund (PIF). Unveiled at the Saudi-US Investment Forum in Riyadh on May 13, 2025, the agreement is a cornerstone of Saudi Arabia’s $600 billion investment commitment to the United States, part of over $2 trillion in transformative deals secured during President Donald J. Trump’s historic Middle East trip, as announced by the White House. This milestone underscores Global AI’s role in fostering U.S.-Saudi economic ties, founded in 2024 by industry veterans from IBM, Mubadala, Ernst & Young LLP, and JPMorgan.
As reported by Bloomberg, the partnership enables the Saudi venture to access Global AI’s advanced liquid cooled AI data center infrastructure, starting with a flagship facility in New York set to launch in June 2025, with plans for a future center in Saudi Arabia, pending U.S. regulatory approval. Powered by NVIDIA AI infrastructure, including GB200 and GB300 data center clusters, and liquid cooled data center technology with 200kW racks, Global AI’s single-tenant architecture ensures unmatched data sovereignty for enterprise and nations workloads in healthcare, finance, and energy.
