Balázs Tóth

Mr. Tóth brings over a decade of international finance and strategy experience across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East. Prior to joining Global AI, Mr. Tóth served as Co-founder and Director of Strategic Finance of W3BCLOUD, a joint venture with Advanced Micro Devices (NASDAQ: AMD) founded in 2018 as a GPU Cloud Service Provider (GCSP). Earlier in his career, Balázs served as a Manager at Mubadala Development Company and at various Mubadala portfolio companies and held advisory roles at several European startups. Balázs is a finance leader known for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and scalable financial infrastructure. His expertise spans corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), M&A, and cross-border business development. He has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and implementing systems that support sustainable growth and profitability. Balázs holds an MBA and combines strong strategic acumen with deep operational execution capabilities.
