These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and GlobalAI Cloud Inc. (“Global AI,” “GlobalAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of https://www.globalai.com and any related sub-domains, applications, content, or online services (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
1. About Global AI
Global AI is an artificial intelligence company providing compute infrastructure to enterprise and sovereign customers.
The Site is an informational marketing website and is not the platform through which commercial services are provisioned.
Use of Global AI services may be governed by separate agreements.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site.
If you access the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBAL AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT DAMAGES
- INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
- CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- LOSS OF PROFITS
- LOSS OF DATA
- BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
Global AI’s total liability relating to the Site shall not exceed US $100.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Global AI and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

- Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights
13. Export Controls and Sanctions
The Site may be subject to U.S. export-control and sanctions laws.

You agree to comply with all applicable export and sanctions laws.
14. Termination
Global AI may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
Upon termination, all granted licenses end immediately.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

16. Supplemental Terms for KSA Visitors
If you access the Site from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, processing of personal information is also subject to the Saudi Arabian Personal Data Protection Law (KSA PDPL).
Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights under KSA law.
17. Changes to These Terms

When material changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice through the Site.
Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
18. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the Site.
If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
Global AI may assign these Terms at its discretion.
