Virginia M. Rometty was Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of IBM from 2012 to 2020. Mrs. Rometty serves on the Board of Directors of JPMorgan Chase and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Northwestern University, the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and the Brookings Institute. She is also a member of the Business Roundtable, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management Advisory Board, and the Singapore Economic Development Board International Advisory Council.
