William J. Perlstein serves as the Global Segment Leader of the Forensic and Litigation Consulting segment and Vice Chair of Client Services at FTI Consulting. He is a member of FTI Consulting’s global Executive Committee and serves on the firm’s AI Leadership Committee. He also is a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Economic Club of New York, and a Trustee and former General Counsel to the Board at Union College. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Perlstein served as Managing Partner at Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering and led its merger with Hale and Dorr, forming WilmerHale, where he served as Co-Managing partner. More recently, Mr. Perlstein served as Senior Deputy General Counsel at BNY Mellon.
