Andrew E. Feldman is a senior legal and business executive with more than three decades of global experience advising companies, boards and investors on strategic, legal and regulatory matters across advanced technology platforms, alternative investments and capital markets. He has played a leading role in complex transactions, regulatory strategy and corporate governance initiatives for high-growth businesses operating in global and highly regulated markets.
Andrew leads and advises on strategic initiatives across capital formation, complex transactions, M&A and strategic partnerships, corporate governance and regulatory strategy and scaling high-growth enterprises.
He holds a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a B.A. in History from Cornell University and is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia.
Prior to joining Global AI, Andrew was General Counsel of W3BCLOUD and previously served as a chief operating officer and general counsel of alternative investment funds, and as an attorney with Citigroup Inc., Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
At W3BCLOUD, he served as Legal Counsel, leading IPO preparation and public company readiness, advising on securities law, disclosure, governance and regulatory filings, and supporting the company’s de-SPAC process. He previously held senior legal leadership roles across private credit, hedge funds and multi strategy alternative asset managers in New York and London, including Chief Legal Officer of BroadRiver Asset Management and senior positions at Crossbow Capital, Chichester Capital Management, Proxima Alfa Investments and Citigroup Alternative Investments. He began his career at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and later practiced corporate law at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, also serving as a Fulbright Professional Research Fellow in Tokyo.
