She implemented the company’s digital-asset accounting framework, introduced NetSuite ERP automation, and reduced reporting timelines by 30%, successfully building the scalable financial infrastructure that supported W3BCLOUD’s rapid international datacenter expansion. During the Web3Cloud investment cycles, Marzena managed full investor diligence, including PIPE documentation, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and the integration of digital-asset valuation standards. She also worked closely with legal and technical teams on intellectual-property processes, ensuring audit-ready compliance, comprehensive governance, and investor-aligned transparency throughout each diligence cycle.
