Raeda Al Sarayreh is a senior strategy and public-affairs executive with nearly three decades of experience working across advanced technology, infrastructure, investment, and public policy.

During her time at Mubadala, she oversaw public affairs and global media strategy for GlobalFoundries, and led the positioning strategy for Fab 8 in upstate New York, a public-private partnership between New York State and Abu Dhabi.
She holds a Master’s in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering.
Raeda moved to Saudi Arabia in 2021 to join The Arab Energy Fund (previously APICORP), a multilateral energy impact investment fund owned by ten regional governments, where she led the renaming and rebranding of the 50-year-old institution.
Raeda started her career as a Jordanian diplomat at the Embassy of Jordan in Washington DC, then moved to serve as Head of Press and Policy for HM Queen Rania, she held senior government roles including as advisor to the Mayor of Amman, advisor at Dubai Future Foundation, and Princess Hayas Office in Dubai. She established the sustainability department and helped deliver emissions reporting, Scope 3 frameworks, and decarbonization strategy across the fund’s portfolio. Before that, she worked at Nissan, where she led successful product launches across MENA, India and Oceana, and launched the global innovation program. During her tenure at CH2M (now Jacobs), she built the region’s public-affairs function before becoming Country Manager for the UAE with full P&L responsibility, increasing revenue by 20% and supporting mega projects including Dubai Expo 2020, World Cup Qatar and Riyadh Metro. She was awarded the Independence Medal form HM King Abdullah II of Jordan for outstanding service in 2003.
